We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days where the items are in stock. 

For personalised items please allow up to 7-10 working days 

We use Royal Mail to ship all orders and we have tried to minimise shipping costs for you where possible.

Orders with a value of up to £59.99 will be a flat rate of £3.95 standard shipping. 

We offer free standard shipping on orders over £60 (UK only).

Royal Mail next day delivery by 1pm. 

PRE-ORDER - Where you see this pre-order option next to a particular size, this means we do not have the item in stock but we are offering it as an option to buy. We will order the item in once you have placed the order. The item tends to arrive within 10-14 days to us (this is not guaranteed). We have offered this option so that you can have more options of styles, colours or sizes. If you have ordered multiple items we won’t ship the other items until the preordered item has arrived in stock.
